飞机草浸提液对斜纹夜蛾生长发育及种群参数的影响

摘要:
【目的】为明确飞机草浸提液对斜纹夜蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响。【方法】在室内利用4个浓度的飞机草水浸提液处理香蕉叶后喂养斜纹夜蛾幼虫,并观察记录斜纹夜蛾的生长发育情况。【结果】随着飞机草浸提液浓度的升高,斜纹夜蛾幼虫和蛹的发育历期逐渐延长,蛹重逐渐降低;母液处理下的幼虫和蛹发育历期最长,分别较对照处理延长了7.92d 和2.88d,母液处理下的蛹重最轻,较对照降低了25.4%;飞机草浸提液处理降低了斜纹夜蛾低龄幼虫的存活率,对高龄幼虫和蛹的存活率影响不显著。随着飞机草浸提液浓度的升高,斜纹夜蛾种群净增值率R0、内禀增长率rm和周限增长率λ均逐渐降低,种群平均世代周期T和种群加倍时间t逐渐延长。【结论】飞机草对斜纹夜蛾具有一定的生防潜力,可应用于斜纹夜蛾的生物源农药开发研究。

Effects of extracts from Chromolaena odorata on growth and Population parameter of Spodoptera litura
Abstract:
【Aim】In order to understand the effect of the extract of Chromolaena odorata on the growth and reproduction of Spodoptera litura.【Method】In the laboratory, banana leaves were treated with four concentrations of aqueous extracts of C. odorata to feed S. litura larvae, the growth and development of S. litura was observed and recorded.【Result】The extract of C. odorata could prolong the development duration of larvae and pupae of S. litura, and reduce the weight of pupae.With the increase of the concentration of the extract of C. odorata ,the development duration of larvae and pupae of Spodoptera litura gradually prolonged, and the weight of pupae gradually decreased. The development duration of larvae and pupae was the longest under mother liquor treatment, compared with 19.01d and 7.95 d in the control group, it was prolonged by 7.92 d and 2.88 d. The weight of pupae treated with mother liquor was the lightest, which decreased by 25.4% compared with the control group. The survival rate of the young larvae of S. litura was decreased by the treatment of the extract of C. odorata,and there was not significant effect on the survival rate of old larvae and pupae. By analyzing the population parameters, the results showed that the extract of C. odorata had a negative effect on the population development of S. litura. With the increase of the extract concentration of C. odorata, the net reproductive rate(R0), intrinsic rate of increase (rm), and finite rate of increase() of S.litura was gradually decreased, the mean generation time(T)and doubling time(t) was gradually increased .【Conclusion】In the biological control of S. litura, C. odorata has a certain potential, and it can be used in the research of development of biological pesticide of Spodoptera litura.
