蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫的捕食能力初步研究

摘要:
【目的】马铃薯甲虫(Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say))是我国已公布的全国农业植物检疫性有害生物名单中的害虫,自新疆传入后对我国马铃薯产业造成了巨大的损失,研究蠋蝽(Arma chinensis (Fallou))成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫的捕食能力,为利用天敌防治马铃薯甲虫提供有效的理论依据。【方法】本研究采用的是室内饲养观察研究方法,并用Holling Ⅱ型圆盘方程对研究结果进行拟合,计算寻找效应。【结果】结果表明,蠋蝽成虫能够捕食马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫,且捕食功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ型圆盘方程,蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫的功能反应方程分别为Na=0.2862N / (1+0.0198N) 和Na=0.8400N / (1+0.0709N);在一定范围内,蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫捕食量在理论上随密度的增加而增加,当马铃薯甲虫的卵和低龄幼虫的密度达到20时,蠋蝽成虫的捕食量最高;蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和幼虫的最大日捕食量是14粒和12头,瞬时攻击率是0.2862和0.8400;蠋蝽对马铃薯甲虫卵的控制能力(4.1299)小于对低龄幼虫的控制能力(9.9526)。【结论】蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫有较好的捕食能力,但控制能力不同,因此,可根据田间的马铃薯甲虫发生时期释放蠋蝽从而有效控制马铃薯甲虫。

Preliminary Study on the predation capability of Arma chinensis (Fallou) adults to the Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say) eggs and low instar larvae
Abstract:
【Aim】Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say) is a pest in the National List of Agricultural Plant Quarantine Pests published by my country. After being introduced into Xinjiang, it has caused huge losses to my country's potato industry. The study of the predation capability of the Arma chinensis (Fallou) adults to the L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae provides an effective theoretical basis for the use of natural enemies to control the L. decemlineata. 【Method】The experiment was conducted in climatic chambers by using indoor feeding observation method and the experimental results were fitted with Holling Ⅱ model patter and calculated searching efficiency. 【Result】The results show that the A. chinensis adult can prey to L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae; The predator functional response of A. chinensis adults to the L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae approximated closely to Holling Ⅱ type; The predator functional response equations of A. chinensis adults to L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae were Na=0.2862N / (1+0.0198N) and Na= 0.8400N / (1+0.0709N); Within a certain range, the predation numbers of A. chinensis adults to L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae by theoretically increases with the increase of density. When the density of L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae reaches 20, the predation numbers of the A. chinensis adults was the highest; The maximum daily predation numbers of A. chinensis adult to L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae was 14 and 12, and the instant attack rate were 0.2862 and 0.8400; The control ability of A. chinensis on the eggs of L. decemlineata (4.1299) was less than that of low instar larvae (9.9526). 【Conclusion】The A. chinensis has a good predation capability to prey on the L. decemlineata eggs and low instar larvae, but their control capability was different. Therefore, A. chinensis can be released according to the occurrence period of the L. decemlineata in the field to effectively control the L. decemlineata.
