黄带犀猎蝽成虫对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的捕食功能反应

摘要:
【目的】为探明黄带犀猎蝽Sycanus croceouittatus成虫对斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura幼虫的捕食潜力。【方法】在室内条件下,研究了黄带犀猎蝽对斜纹夜蛾2、3、4 龄幼虫的捕食功能反应、搜寻效应和干扰反应。【结果】黄带犀猎蝽成虫对斜纹夜蛾2、3、4 龄幼虫的捕食功能反应模型均符合 Holling II 型,即其捕食量随猎物密度的增加而增加,其搜寻效应随猎物密度的增加而减小,Holling II方程依次为:Na=0.9750N/(1+0.0273N)(r=0.9929),Na=1.1654N/(1+0.0804N)(r=0.9924),Na=1.3058N/(1+0.1799N)(r=0.9931);黄带犀猎蝽成虫自身密度干扰反应符合Hassell型,其Hassell方程为E = 0.337P-0.565,即随着自身密度的增加,平均捕食量逐渐减少,捕食作用率逐渐降低。【结论】黄带犀猎蝽成虫对斜纹夜蛾幼虫有较好的防治潜力,可用于斜纹夜蛾的生物防治中。

Predatory function response of Sycanus croceovittatus adults on Spodoptera litura larvae
Abstract:
【Aim】To investigate the predation potential of Sycanus croceovittatus adults on Spodoptera litura larvae.【Method】The predatory functional response, searching effect and interference response of S. croceovittatus to S. litura 2nd, 3rd and 4th instar larvae were studied in laboratory.【Result】The predatory functional response models of S. croceovittatus adults to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th instar larvae of S. litura were all in accordance with Holling II. That is to say, the predation amount increases with the increase of prey density, and the search effect decreases with the increase of prey density. Holling II equation is as follows: Na=0.9750N/(1+0.0273N)(r=0.9929),Na=1.1654N/(1+0.0804N)(r=0.9924),Na=1.3058N/(1+0.1799N)(r=0.9931). The self density interference response of the S. croceovittatus adults was in accordance with the Hassell type, the Hassell equation is E = 0.337P-0.565. That is to say, with the increase of its density, the average predation quantity and the predation rate decrease gradually.【Conclusion】The S. croceovittatus adults have good control potential to S. litura larvae, and can be used in biological control of S. litura.
