我国福寿螺生物入侵现状和防控研究进展

摘要:
人类活动加速了生物入侵的发生,对全球生态系统和经济发展造成了严重的危害。福寿螺原分布于南美洲,二十世纪八十年代作为一种水生生物经济动物引入我国,后因食味不佳被弃于水生环境,因其具有繁殖力高、适应性强、食性杂等特点,在我国多个区域迅速扩散入侵,已给农业生产、生态系统、人类健康等造成了严重的危害。文章对福寿螺入侵现状进行了深入分析与系统总结,介绍了现有福寿螺防控技术手段,重点阐述环境友好型福寿螺防控技术并对其进行了研究展望。同时,对福寿螺防控过程中存在的问题进行了分析并给出对策。目前,针对福寿螺防控实施的多种物理、化学和生物措施,其治理效果不一,植物源生物控制技术因具有更高效、更经济、对非靶细胞更生态安全等优点,成为防治福寿螺的研究热点。然而此类研究多数集中于简单地毒杀效果试验,较少涉及毒杀机理、生殖系统等。本文旨在为全面了解我国福寿螺入侵现状、防控研究进展提供理论指导,以期为进一步探究福寿螺防控技术提供对策与新的思路。

Research progress on biological invasion and control of Pomacea canaliculata in China
Abstract:
The human activities have accelerated the occurrence of biological invasion and caused serious harm to the global ecosystem and economic development. Pomacea canaliculata was originally distributed in South America. It was introduced into China as an aquatic economic animal in the 1980s. Later, it was abandoned in the aquatic environment due to its poor taste. Because of its high fecundity, strong adaptability and miscellaneous food habits, Pomacea canaliculata has rapidly spread and invaded in many regions of China, which has caused serious harm to agricultural production, ecosystem and human health. In this paper, the current situation of the invasion of Pomacea canaliculata was deeply analyzed and systematically summarized, the existing prevention and control technology of Pomacea canaliculata was introduced, and the environmental friendly prevention and control technology of Pomacea canaliculata was emphatically elaborated, and the research prospect was also put forward. At the same time, the existing problems in the control process of Pomacea canaliculata invasion were analyzed and the countermeasures were given out. At present, a variety of physical, chemical and biological measures for the prevention and control of Pomacea canaliculata have different control effects. Plant derived biological control technology has become the research hotspot for the control of Pomacea canaliculata because of its advantages of more efficient, more economic and more ecological security to non-targeted cells. However, these studies tended to focusing on the simple toxicity test, less test was related with toxicity mechanism and reproductive system. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical guidance for a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of Pomacea canaliculata invasion in China and the research progress of prevention and control, in order to provide countermeasures and new ideas for further exploring the prevention and control technology of Pomacea canaliculata.
