矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂的安全性评价

摘要:
【目的】矿物油乳剂安全性好、杀虫谱广、不易产生抗性,被广泛用于防治果蔬、农作物、园林上害虫,但少见其对天敌烟蚜茧蜂(Aphidius gifuensis)安全性的相关报道。研究矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂不同发育阶段的安全性,为更好协调化学防治和生物防治提供理论依据。【方法】本文在实验室条件下采用药膜法和浸渍法测定了矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂各发育阶段的影响。【结果】矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂影响较小,无明显胃毒毒力,但有一定的触杀作用,在最高浓度SK150处理24h后存活率依然高达92%,总体来说,矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂期影响较小;矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂卵和幼虫有较高的致死率,LC50为859.541mg/L对应矿物油乳剂的稀释倍数在SK850和SK950之间,该浓度远远低于此次供试的最低浓度SK450,表明矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂寄生蚜的安全性较差;矿物油乳剂对烟蚜茧蜂蛹期羽化率影响较显著,表现为处理后的僵蚜与对照组的僵蚜相比,羽化高峰期滞后且羽化率随着处理浓度的增加而下降。【结论】当蚜虫发生严重时,可优先考虑在烟蚜茧蜂成蜂期协调使用矿物油乳剂进行联合控制,但矿物油乳剂具体使用浓度和施用时间还有待进一步确定。

The safety evaluation of mineral oil emulsion to Aphidius gifuensis
Abstract:
【Background】Mineral oil emulsion has good safety,wide pesticidal spectrum,less resistance,is widely used for the prevention and treatment of fruits and vegetables,crops,garden pests,but rarely on natural enemies of Aphidius gifuensis reported safety. 【Method】The impacts of mineral spray oils on A.gifuensis were investigated in laboratory using the insecticide film method and dipping method.【Result】 Mineral oil emulsion has little influence on the A.gifuensis adult, no obvious stomach toxicity, but there is a certain contact effect, in the treatment of 24h was the highest concentrations of SK150, the survival rate is still as high as 92%, overall, mineral oil emulsion into smaller influence on wasp Aphidius gifuensis; but the higher mortality rate of A.gifuensis eggs and larvae , LC50=859.541mg/L corresponding mineral oil emulsion dilution ratio between SK850 and SK950, the concentration is much lower than that of the tested The lowest concentration of SK450, showed that the mineral oil emulsion on the safety of A.gifuensis parasitic Aphid better; of Aphidius gifuensis pupae emergence rate period has a significant effect, compared to the treatment group and the control group of the mummified aphids mummified aphids, eclosion peak lag and eclosion rate decreased with increasing concentration.【Conclusion and significance】 when the serious occurrence of Aphid, parasitoids preferred and parasitic Aphid stage coordinated use for joint control of mineral oil emulsion in A.gifuensis, but the specific use of mineral oil emulsion concentration and application time remains to be determined.
