我国口岸截获芒果象属检疫性有害生物疫情分析

【研究背景】芒果象属昆虫是我国禁止进境的植物检疫性有害生物,广泛分布于非洲、北美洲和东南亚,寄主为芒果。其生活隐蔽,羽化孔未出现时看不出危害状,危害率可达30%~80%,严重影响芒果的产量和质量。近年来,我国口岸截获的芒果象甲的数量日益增多,显示该类检疫性有害生物传入我国的风险越来越大;【方法】本文对2003~2015年间全国口岸截获芒果象属有害生物的疫情进行统计分析,以明确我国口岸截获芒果象的历史趋势和疫情特征,为提高口岸芒果象疫情检出率、降低外来有害生物传入风险和检验检疫科学决策提供参考;【结果】2003~2015年度全国口岸共截获芒果象甲4156批次,22个直属局有截获记录。其中截获芒果果核象甲3028批次,数量最多,占截获芒果象总批次的72.86%;芒果果实象甲和芒果果肉象甲相对较少,分别为837批次和291批次,占截获芒果象总批次的20.14%和7%。截获芒果象的来源国主要是非洲和东南亚芒果象疫区分布国家和地区。截获频次最高的口岸分别是北京和广东局,且主要自进境旅客随身携带物中检出;【结论】我国口岸应加大对芒果象甲的检疫力度,保护我国农林业生产安全。

Analysis of the genus Sternochetus intercepted from the frontier ports
Abstract:
: 【BACKGROUND】Sternochetus is included in the list of quarantine pests of China. It is distributed widely in tropical regions of Africa, North America and Asia. The host plant is mango. The damage by pest can’t be found until the eclosion holes appear, and the damage rate can reach to 30%~80%, which seriously affect mango's yield and quality. In recent years, theSincreaseSinSthe number of intercepted Sternochetus at frontier ports shows the more and more serious invasion risk.【METHOD】In this study, the epidemic situation of intercepted Sternochetus from ports during 2003 to 2015 was analyzed. Suggestions were put forward for the improvement of port quarantine and supervision, the reduction of the invasion risk of the exotic pests and the reference of inspection and quarantine scientific decision-making.【RESULTS】During 2003 to 2015, 4156 lots of Sternochetus were intercepted from ports, and 22 Inspection and Quarantine Bureau had intercepted records. Among them, the most was S. mangiferae, and the number reached to 3028 lots, accountingSfor 72.86%SofStheStotal amount; the lest were S. frigidus and S. olivieri, the number reached to 837 and 291, accountingSfor 20.14%Sand 7% ofStheStotal amount separately. The Sternochetus was intercepted mainly from Africa and Southeast Asia and most of them intercepted from baggageSofSpassengers.【CONCLUSION】To protect the production safety of agriculture and forestry in China, the port should strengthen the quarantine inspection for import mangoes, especially from SQuarantineSArea.
